About Kelli Mason

Profile
Kelli Mason has been a leader in workplace inclusion throughout her career. As a Stanford Law student and Silicon Valley-based corporate attorney, she led Building a Better Legal Profession, a nonprofit that encouraged top law firms to increase diversity and pro bono participation. Kelli left the practice of law to co-found Paradigm, a data-driven consultancy that partners with leading startups and Fortune 500 companies to build stronger, more inclusive workplace cultures. After launching Paradigm, Kelli became the Head of People Operations for several successful startups, integrating best practices of diversity and inclusion into each company's culture. Kelli has earned national recognition in Forbes 30 under 30 for her work as a leader in the field of workplace diversity and inclusion and has spoken and written widely on the topic. Kelli is a co-founder of JobSage, an employer review platform focused on what matters most to today’s jobseekers and professionals.
