How We Make Money 

Our primary mission at JobSage is to help all professionals, especially those from traditionally marginalized backgrounds, find workplaces where they can thrive. As a secondary mission, we seek to help companies with truly inclusive workplaces attract diverse talent. The compensation we earn allows us to offer our services free to all jobseekers and to continuously create new content to help inform jobseekers and improve workplaces. 

Our revenue currently comes from selling premium services. While any company can be a Trusted Employer, free of charge, premium services grant paying companies the opportunity to share more insight into their hiring process and employee experience, with the goal of helping them more transparently tell their story and, in turn, attract more diverse talent, fill roles more quickly, and retain new hires for longer.

Policies Regarding Other Paid Services

Because we are often approached by third parties with offers for monetary compensation, we feel it is important to outline frequently requested services that we DO NOT offer:

We DO NOT accept compensation from employers to influence reviews.

We DO NOT allow paid content, blog posts, articles, or links to other websites. We may sometimes share content from third parties that we believe is valuable to our audience if the information provided is relevant, accurate, and written by someone who has a good reputation and expertise on the subject matter.

We DO NOT sell consumer information for marketing purposes. This includes sending email marketing messages to jobseekers who have created an account on our website.

We DO NOT sell aggregate data about our users, such as demographics and information on user behavior.
