How to use the Diversity and Inclusion Calendar

Keep this calendar handy or add the dates to your online calendar tool. 

Senior management and people teams can use the calendar to ensure that the organization is respecting cultural and religious events. Additionally, being aware of the important dates that your employees may celebrate throughout the year can prevent you from scheduling inopportune company-wide meetings, outings, or parties.

Perhaps you’ll use the calendar to remind yourself to encourage employees to use paid time off to celebrate holidays with family and friends. Your company may choose a few holidays to collectively celebrate or plan relevant activities that highlight the diversity of your employees.
