Management is young and lacking in proper supervision skills. As a result, employees are left feeling like a failure regardless of the time and energy put into a project. Fellow staff see every opposition as a personal attack; instead of sharing concerns, they are immediately reported to the supervisor, which further fuels the fire. "Growth" is preached but not practiced; if you slip up, you fear for your job...there is NO room for mistakes. Stress, anxiety, fear are just a few words (among many) that describe this workplace.
