They overwork, underpay, allow passive agressive behavior from clients, and do nothing to end this behavior, do not offer mental health paid days off, or paid days off for doctor appointments, they promise title promotions with pay raise, but do not see it through, they do not promote within based on experience versus having or acquiring a college degree.
