They have more recently put some professional development dollars in place, but I have not experienced a push to use those dollars. Professional growth has historically been based on opportunities coming up from people leaving.

Ultimately, the board is putting pressure on sales and client success to deliver $$$. Most recently charging for all training, services, etc.

The teams are very, very lean. (In other words, understaffed.) You can definitely take vacation, but there is little to no coverage while you are out. This is a big issue depending on your role. They also moved recently to an Open PTO policy and no one is ensuring that you actually are taking time off.

It is a pretty diverse team and people are really welcoming and friendly.
