I am presented with many opportunities to join Learning Paths and Groups to support my growth through course work, sessions and lessons that are in group settings or on my own time. I have strong relationships with my manager and peers. Everyone is open, collaborative and supportive.

We have strong conversation throughout the company. In addition everyone that is onboarded has a Belonging Learning Path to help set the right tone and mindset. We have a leader - who's entire role is the belonging, equity and inclusion of all employees.
