The GEO Group definitely practices a promote from within mindset. They provide internal preference when considering candidates for open roles. There are also multiple career paths individuals can take, plus the ability to relocate nationwide.

None of my PTO requests were denied. The company provides a good amount of PTO in addition to paid holidays off for most locations.

I felt completely free to be myself within my department from day one. I had pictures openly visible on my walls displaying my Husband and I which never received criticism or complaints.
