There is a really good path for growth here at this company. A number of guys have risen up to become lead installers, foreman, superintendents, and even sales guys.

On the most part, it isn't a problem, but sometimes we get on some crazy cool buildings that we have to get done.

This is usually not a problem, but good and steady attendance makes for a more stable work environment. Most time off requests are approved.
