There was not much opportunity for growth in my position.

While the mission of the company is to accelerate learning for all children and adults, Renaissance is also owned by a private equity firm and it is clear that dollars come before everything else.

I was able to use sick and vacation time during the pandemic for child care any time I wanted and also reduced my hours to 30 hrs. per week.

The company is not very diverse, but they are making a real effort on their diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.

I never received any particularly useful feedback.
