The annual review process allows for clear goals for growth and promotion.

As I only worked there virtually, it was hard to truly gauge the culture. EBITDA was usually the main concern for higher ups.
While PTO isn’t discouraged, there is always an expectation to bring your work pc on vacation for potential work.
The leadership team is overwhelming white and male.
This is dependent on manager, mine was great at giving real time feedback.
