During my tenure I saw a lot of deserving people get promoted. Some managers are better about helping you grow in your career than others, so this varies team to team. Additionally there were times when product was covering so much that it didn't feel like there was time to improve your product skills.

One of the company values is that consumers are the north star. However, when push comes to shove, poor consumer experiences that generate meaningful revenue are extremely challenging to revisit.

Unlimited PTO is available to the build org. There were times when teams were short-staffed that it felt less feasible to take time off, but as a general rule there was leadership support for taking the time you needed.

I didn't personally have any negative experiences in this area. That said, the exec team is not particularly diverse and the people team has been resistant to providing visibility into DE&I data and progress.

This varies greatly manager to manager. There were times I got minimal feedback for months, and others where I was getting good feedback really routinely.
