Disorganized company, alot of nepotism, question anything and they find a reason to end employment. A few Account executives have no idea what they are doing and shouldn't be a team lead. The company cant get capital funding due to so many defaulted loans oh underwriting can take a week or longer!! Manahegement never takes responsibility. Company issues start at the top.

They are struggling. People in positions due to the buddy system and not because they are good at their jobs.

At first yes. Highest turn over ive ever seen at a company. Don't appreciate employees hard work. But they will keep the crappy one customers always complain about.
