There is no potential for upward growth with this company unless you are personal freinds with management, nepotism abounds at this company. It's the same "good ol' boys club" masquerading as an inclusive and progressive company.

There is no growing unless you friend is an a higher position.

There only purpose is to make exploiting people, actually providing help and services to those in need is little more than an after thought.

Supervisor said "for the patience" but at the end of the day is for their best of their wallet

There is no taking time off at this company unless l, again you are personal friends with upper management.

They assume they own you, and unless again if you not a friend of supervisor, managers preceptor etc you can't do anything without being insult

The people and management in this company are quick to say they're inclusive but they are anything but inclusive. They smile to your face and then throw you in front of the proverbial bus...this holds true for the people they claim to be helping as well.

Is a place where manager, supervisor, and higher positions only think about themselves and not in patient well being, is a place where good people/workers are exploding if you don't have a friend in the company.

They will literally treat you like a dog at this company, sit, stay, be quiet, come. These are all commands given by supervisors to there employees. There is no empathy or sympathy, just a large dose of sarcasm masked as genuine concern.
