Just a not a good place to work. The pay, your schedule, bonuses and full time status you will be lied to about all of those things. Big reason why people quit shortly after they are hired. You were promised a sign on bonus but you'll never get it. Full time you have to work an extra day every week just to get full time hours. They promise shift differentials for working evenings and overnight shift but you won't get that either unless you fight for it. Be prepared to not get paid on time. Happens company wide. Rather dig ditches than go back to work there.
