If there is an open role you are interested in, or see the need for a new role, you can talk to your supers and make it happen. The company is very supportive of growing personally and professionally while you work there.

Levelset has the strongest cultures I have seen anywhere. Their values are meaningful and they truly seem to try and live them as a group. It is pretty inspiring. They talk about their purpose to help contractors get paid religiously. And they focus on one of their core values - Make Levelset your most important palce to work. This is pretty cool to see implemented in action.

There is an "unlimited vacation policy", but the work is always so overloaded it is hard to take time off without repercussions. Leadership seems to want you to take time, but doesn't do much to change the situation.

They are very purposeful about diversity and inclusion. Everyone from the CEO down. They talk about their low ratio of female exec leadership, and try their best to fix it. They are very respectful (and even celebrate) people of different backgrounds, orientations, race, religion, etc. It is very refreshing to work in that environments. They weed out bad apples pretty quickly.

The company has a go-go-go culture. Leaders rarely take time for proper in-depth feedback. They try to give you surface-level feedback on the fly and that doesnt really help you improve in a significant way. Much of leadership is inexperienced - though they have good heart and intention to do the right thing. They need to invest in some management training IMO.
