The expectations set by the manager are very strick and inhuman. I felt like I was growing towards the beginning, getting familiar with the presses and QA but felt that I would just start getting the hang of the press when I would be moved to another before I almost had it down.

Fired just because they wanted to get rid of me

Sure, they produce good prints, however, what they won't tell their customers and the public is that they only value speed and productivity among anything else regarding the people who are running those presses. Employees are not given breaks even though they stand on them all day. You will be asked to work faster than you should. It's just a giant assembly line disguised in the "we care" that truly a facade.

For the amount of labor you do you do not get compensated enough

It's interesting how they aren't concerned if you need to take a day off if you are feeling bad or if something personal happens. However, if you don't end up telling the boss that you're having an emergency he will fire you the next day..

This place is the least empathetic. As much as they pride themselves on how they "care about everyone's mental health" as soon as you have an episode they will find reasons to fire you that are far from empathetic.

They do not have any empathy for people struggling with mental illness
