No- they don’t care about their employees. You work as a slave around the clock

By Public Reviewer, More than 1 year ago

What growth? LOL you won't make it that long in the company because they treat their employees like trash. They hold no gratitude for any of them and we're all expendable to them. I had the displeasure of working with "miss Disney star" and her "side-kick" I couldn't stand how disoriented their management skills were.

By Public Reviewer, More than 1 year ago

No. You will stay at the same position with absolutely no opportunity for growth. They make sure to squeeze every working minute out of you. Just ask their illegal employees who get paid by under the table via zelle, cash app.

By Public Reviewer, More than 1 year ago

Absolutely not. The only employees that are not expendable at this company is the executive team.

No they’re always just scrambling for money from investors because they never have enough influencers booking jobs with “fake brands”. The brands are their own employees posing as these big brands

By Public Reviewer, More than 1 year ago

They say that the "brand is on the app" when it's just employees who create the brand's account and pretend we are the brand. They told us to act and sound like the brands when we talk to influencers and that defeats the whole purpose to have the brand talk to them. They keep saying that "no one else is doing what they're doing" but literally ALL influencer marketing agencies are doing what they're doing. such a joke.

By Public Reviewer, More than 1 year ago

HA. No. Their only purpose is to make it seem to their investors that they’re making money- when in actuality they’re pretty much broke on a consistent basis.

By Public Reviewer, More than 1 year ago

No all this company cares about is that their employees work 24/7. They don’t care about your mental health, well being, or personal life. Just ask the COOs best friend/ personal assistant- she’s underpaid and is on call 24/7

Absolutely not- work life balance doesn’t exist at influur. I once asked if I could use my lunch break for a doctors appointment. They approved me going. While I’m getting blood work done The companies CEO was blowing up my phone demanding work tasks to be done.

By Public Reviewer, More than 1 year ago

You get 6 unpaid holidays off a year. LOL YES UNPAID because everyone's a contracted employee and they don't have the budget to convert anyone to full-time unless you're their favorite. There are also zero benefits, zero health and dental insurance, and ZERO flexibility

By Public Reviewer, More than 1 year ago

No. They don’t care if you broke your knee. If you can have a laptop in your lap they want you working.

By Public Reviewer, More than 1 year ago

LOL. No. They will guilt trip you for taking ANY type of personal time off.

No- the executive team is nothing but a bunch of bullies. Which is crazy to think because the CEO has the worst rotting smell coming from her mouth. The COO never manages to brush her hair or put any make up on. Valeria speaks two words like once a week- she has absolutely no social skills. And Fefi is constantly bragging about what a “star” she is for the company when in actuality she was on a Nickelodeon show for like 2 seconds.

By Public Reviewer, More than 1 year ago

zero inclusion at all. They will basically make you feel left out if you don't speak Spanish. They favor certain employees and pick on the ones that they don't like. The CIO always talks about how important she is to the company and how she is also the CMO, CFO, CEO, and whatever when she cant even do her job properly.

By Public Reviewer, More than 1 year ago

No- there’s no sense of unity at the company. The executive team makes you feel extremely left out.

By Public Reviewer, More than 1 year ago

If you don’t speak Spanish you will definitely not feel included

No- they talk down you any moment that they get. You can tell they have no idea what they're doing so they deflect by berating their employees. The only ones who benefits the perks of the company is the executive team. They do whatever they want, while the poor employees suffer through a toxic demanding work environment.

By Public Reviewer, More than 1 year ago

This whole company seems like a publicity stunt because there's nothing special about it and they're not doing anything new that other companies haven't already done. It's a watered-down version of other influencer marketing agencies with fewer resources, worse leadership, and shitty "CEOs." The app and the purpose of the company are so dishonest and the only reason why they have a good rating is that they tell their friends and employees to give their app a 5 star(should be a 1 star).

By Public Reviewer, More than 1 year ago

This executive team has no idea what the word empathetic means. They’re so out of touch/tune with how to manage workers. They run it like a sweat shop and then try to cover it up with bs “game days”. If you give any pushback about working on the weekends, they’ll make you feel like a POS for it. unhealthy to another level.

By Public Reviewer, More than 1 year ago

Never. Their feedback is to create a constant work environment and make you feel worthless in the process. Paula Coleman is by far the worst manager there.
