The company is growing rapidly, creating opportunities for both lateral movement and promotions. You are encouraged to invest time in your own development through "Grow with Gusto" (Degreed) courses, LinkedIn Learning, as well as leveraging an education stipend.

Gusto is the most mission-driven company I have ever worked at. During COVID, leadership & our PR + data science teams lobbied constantly to ensure small businesses were adequately protected. The engineering team dropped everything to make it as easy as possible for small businesses to receive PPP loans.

Gusto has unlimited PTO, which you are actually encouraged to use. Most people take 4-5 weeks off each year. During COVID, employees were given time off to take care of others (sick relatives, school age children), as well as get vaccinated.
