Lots of D&I initiatives, employee resource groups, and unconscious bias trainings. Gartner leadership regularly comes out with communications acknowledging world events and voicing support for employees impacted. Perfect example was during the BLM protests, Gartner was quick to organize trainings and send internal memos in support of the cause.
