Growth within this company only happens if you are a white male, or you are willing to belittle others and on many occasions break federal laws in order to push the company ahead. If you are ever kind you will be demoted, if you point out ethical concerns then they will find a way to fire you.

Though this company states that they are all about empathy and the betterment of the world as a whole they cut corners and produce low quality (if not outright plagiarized) research in an attempt to make the most amount of money possible without doing anything. They should ABSOLUTELY be shut down.

Though they advertise an unlimited PTO program, they require a minimum of 50 hour work weeks outside of that. There are no federal holidays, or sick leave, or anything it is all part of the "unlimited PTO". However, if you are to take any time (from an hour off for a drs appt to a week for vacation) you will be required to make up that time in other ways. You also must be available at all times even when you are "off". This results in commonly requiring people to be involved at meetings via phone even when the employee is at a medical appointment, personal appointment, vacation, and on at least one occasion at the funeral of a family member.

if you are not a while male, do not bother applying. You will get hired, then you will be bullied and treated badly until you quit. If you are a person of color you will be given basic tasks simply so that they can claim that a POC is "running" a research project so that they can fraudulently get money from the government. If you are a women you will not be allowed to speak or have opinions, if you attempt to do so you will be muted by other members of calls. It is the least inclusive and most toxic workplace i've ever experienced

feedback is given through yelling at subordinates during teams calls. One on one feedback is given but only to state how a person might be failing. There are never any action points, and empathy is not allowed within this company.
