There are so many different types of positions and discussions are always structured in terms of growth - where is an employee now vs. where they would like to go.

It's a client service business but I have 6+ weeks of PTO per year and am encouraged to take it. Also taking family leave after new babies has become very common - men and women taking 4 months off.
