Absolutely agree! I'm based in Mumbai, India. I've been working at CoSell for over a year now, remotely. The work hours barely match and the entire team is always very accommodating and respectful of the time difference. With the optimum use of technology and available tech stack - it's seamless and easy to keep in touch with the team and collaborate with all the team members - many of whom, like me, are based in other countries. I've never felt like an outsider - and I'm literally 9000 miles away! I even got a T-shirt with my name on it in the mail. Love these guys. Love the team. They deserve nothing less than a 5.

I have a bi-weekly stand-down with my immediate superior and we all have weekly all hands meeting. All these are aimed towards feedback and general improvement of the team and each individual.
