I feel I am held back by others who do not want me to take over certain roles. So once I do good I am punished or removed from that location without even asking me.

My management team is ONLY about making money. Not teaching us anything just sell sell sell. When your Numbers are not good enough they will publicly call you out and punish you.

I needed to go to the doctors and was told by my manager to wait till my day off. which was 5 days from the day I asked. 2 days later I fainted at work had a family member take me to ER only to come back to a write up for leaving the store early.

I have anxiety/Panic attacks every day before going to work. Most days I am so stressed about work my health has gone downhill and I am at the ER a few times a month.

I receive no feedback from the DM. If she has a message she will tell someone else to tell me. My old manager would talk to me in an aggressive tone. When I reported it I was forced to stand at register all day no move even when no one was in store. So big time retaliation. And when I try to report that I have to move to a different store.
