Absolutely not. Taking time off is nearly impossible and if you're "allowed" to, you'll pay the price in terms of how you're looked at and treated by the owner.

Aurora Grace is incredibly inclusive and sensitive to creating a safe space for people to be themselves. Unless being yourself involves making more than one mistake.

actionable feedback, yes, but the owner has a real problem delivering feedback in any way that doesn't devolve into a tirade. I have seen so many people quit after getting "feedback" because she waits until she's boiling over and then lists everything she thinks a person has ever done wrong at once, often using less than professional language.
