In my almost 2 years at the company, I've been promoted and given several raises without having to make a case for myself. They're very transparent about the options for both upward growth, and cross-department transfers if you're interested in another career path. We have access to LinkedIn Learning to pursue educational goals and I'm asked regularly about my own career goals.

Plenty of access to learning materials like LinkedIn Learning. I also appreciate that both vertical AND horizontal growth (changing career paths) are available and encouraged.

The company has a monthly donation program where employees get to weigh in on non-profits they'd like to support. Our product also helps save lives and improve employee safety which helps keep the human-first aspect of what we do front and center.

We have a flexible time-off policy (recently implemented) which has been great. There's plenty of support while you're on PTO and I'm never bothered or expected to work while I'm out. We also have plenty of pre-set company holidays in addition to our flexible time off.
