Kershner Trading Group, LLC, wants to be known as the best place in the world where short term traders make the most money and grow their career. We are a proprietary trading and technology firm, providing capital, trading applications and infrastructure to manual and algorithmic traders. We provide Gr8trade, a proprietary trading execution and analysis platform that offers market data and execution capabilities, as well as enables traders to automate their trading process. The company also offers support services, such as trade support, compliance, risk management, quantitative services, training, and education. Kershner Trading Group, LLC was founded in 2001after the sale of Protrader to Instinet. The home office is in Austin, Texas. In 2012 we opened a Shanghai, China office.

We’ve been in the business of leveling the trading playing field since 1993. Our accomplished past includes executing 1% of NASDAQ at our peak and selling part of the business to Instinet. Kershner Trading Group currently has offices in Austin and Midtown, Manhattan.

Throughout our history, we’ve focused on proprietary technology that keeps our traders ahead of the game, and now we have one of the strongest integrated platforms in the industry, including gray box and black box trading for partial or full automation. In 1998, we launched our proprietary execution platform Gr8trade® and have been growing the platform ever since. In 2015, we continued to make good on our quest to democratize trading with the launch of CloudQuant, a free tool designed to give everyone with an interest and a knack for developing trading algorithms the best opportunity to do so.
