Frequent reorganizations can mean new opportunities, new duties.

The mission of the company is powerful - helping students graduate changes the trajectory of their lives.

This used to be much higher, but the "million more mission" has definitely faded from the culture.

Flexible PTO has its drawbacks - managers do not consistently encourage employees to take time off (and not work while on vacation).

Unlimited PTO, but occasional pushback on extended vacations. 2 weeks is never an issue, though.

They are just actively seeking opportunities to promote inclusiveness or expect employees to think about diversity and inclusion in their hiring, onboarding, or ongoing employee training.

There are a lot of smart, wonderful people there. But there isn't much diversity, certainly not in the leadership.

Feedback is sparse and really only given when asked for during a 1:1.

Rare to get timely feedback, in my experience.
